On the Tools menu, select Accounts…. |

IIn the Internet Accounts window, click the Add button and select Mail. |

The Internet Connection Wizard will launch. Input Display name - your name as you would like it to appear in the From field of your outgoing email. Then click Next. |

Input your enterprise email address (e.g. alan@companyname.net.cn). Then click Next. |

Under E-mail Server Names, choose POP3 as your incoming mail server.
Your Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server is pop.corpease.net;
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server is smtp.corpease.net. Then click Next. |

Under Internet Mail Logon, enter the Account name and Password of your enterprise email. The account name is your enterprise email address (e.g. alan@companyname.net.cn), while the password is the password of your webmail mailbox. Check the Remember Me box.Uncheck Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA). Then click Next. |

Click Finish to return to the Internet Accounts window. |

In the Internet Accounts window, you will see the imap.corpease.net account has been added. Click Properties button to continue the setup. |

In the Properties window, click the General tab.
Under Mail Account, you can type a name (such as your email address) by which you would like to refer to this enterprise email server (e.g. alan@compayname.net.cn in this example).
Make sure you check the Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing box.

Click the Servers tab. Under Outgoing Mail Server, check the My server requires authentication box. Then click Apply to apply the changes. Then click the Settings button. |

In the Outgoing Mail Server window, choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
Click OK to return to the Properties window.

Or choose Log on using, enter the Account name and Password of your enterprise email. |

Click the Advanced tab.
Under Sever Port Numbers, the Outgoing mail (SMTP) terminal number is 25 while Incoming mail (POP3) is 110.
Under Sever Timeout, slide the bar to the right to set it as 5 minutes

If you want to keep a copy of the emails on the server, under Delivery, check the option Leave a copy of messages on server.Then input the number of days you want to keep them on the server. A shorter period (e.g. 7 day) is recommended to prevent from exceeding mailbox size quota.
Click OK to return to the Internet Accounts window.
