How to setup POP3 account in Foxmail 5.0 for CorpEase mail.corpease.net server?
Tips: In this tutorial we use Foxmail 5.0 version ,and me@mycompany.com.cn as the corporation mail address in which me as the user name, mycompany.com.cn as the this corporation's domain name to exemplify the setting . When you use the steps as follows, please note that you should replace me@mycompany.com.cn with your actual mail address.
 
1. After it installed successfully, if Foxmail5.0 is run for the first time, the Foxmail account wizard will come up automatically, else if you want to create a new account, go to the Account menu and select New . As the picture shows below:
 
2. Click Next , then as shown in the picture below: enter your English name or the name before @ sign in your email address, e.g. me as the User Name.
   
3. Click Next , then as shown in the picture below: enter the name before @ sign in your email address. e.g. me as the Sender's Name. Then enter your Email address as the Mail Address: me@mycompany.com.cn .
 
   
4. Click Next , then as shown in the picture below: enter smtp.corpease.net as the POP3 Server, me@mycompany.com.cn as the Account, then enter the password of the mailbox in the password text box. Then enter smtp.corpease.net as the SMTP Server.
 
   
5. Click Next , then as shown in the picture below. Check “SMTP Server needs AUTHENTICATION”. If you use the Foxmail to receive the emails, and you still want these mails to be kept in the server so as to collect the mails in other places, you can check “Leave a copy of messages in server”, namely, the emails are not deleted from the server. But your mailbox will be occupied beyond its capacity limitation easily in that condition, therefore we suggest customers not check that item.
 
   
5. Click Finish to close the Wizard window and return back to the Foxmail main screen. The new established account will show up in the Foxmail main screen. Then you can click Check and Send tag to receive and send emails.
 
   
Some supplement tutorial:
   
1. For securing and protecting your emails and address list, you can set access password upon your Foxmail account. The step is as follows: go to the Account menu and select Access Password
   
2. In the popup Password dialogue box, enter the password and confirm. Click OK to finish the password setting. You need the accurate password to enter into your mailbox next time.
 
 
   
3. Go to the Account --- 》 Properties -- 》 Receive , then as shown in the picture below .If you require the mails be kept in the server, you can check “Leave a copy of messages on server”. And we suggest you check “Remove from server after 1 days” at the same time. Meanwhile, we suggest you check “Check mails every 1 minutes” in order to receive the emails quickly from the server. Then click OK
