How to manage Mailbox User accounts

1. Choose mail.corpease.net from http://mail. corpease.net directly and login as Administrator.

 

2.Click User

3.Choose the Mailbox User to be modified and click the corresponding email address.

4.   There are Genera Info tab and Personal Profile tab in the user management panel.

5. You can change the user role to normal user( User ) or admin ( Organization Administrator ) in User Role on the General Info tab.

6. You can add an alias username to the email address in Alias Email Address(es).

7.You can change the user's Service Class or Mailbox additional Quota , or set a Service Expiry Date to this user.

8.If user forgot his or her mailbox password, the admin can reset a new password for the user on the Personal Profile tab.

9.If the user doesn't use the mailbox any longer, the admin can delete the email account.
